Brisbane airport is quite different to Toowoomba! Here’s how to get around

If you’re used to flying into Toowoomba directly, Brisbane airport may take a little more of your time. The terminals are much larger and busier; however, they are also very well organised. This means getting around is pretty simple. If you’re flying domestically, simply leave the arrivals hall and you’ll see the pick up and drop off area adjacent to the terminal. If you’re flying internationally, the drop off and pick up areas are separate. So if you’re arriving, head to the arrivals road on level 2. If you’re departing, head to the departures road on level 4.

When you get to Toowoomba, there’s no shortage of things to do or see!

Like a lot of regional cities in Queensland, Toowoomba boasts a lot of industrial and agricultural history. A great representation of that history is the Cobb and Co Museum, which has horse-drawn carriages and other displays of early life on the Darling Downs. For some more history, you could visit the Royal Bull’s Head Tavern, which is a nineteenth-century homestead. To enjoy some of the areas natural attractions, you can visit the Ravensbourne National Park or Crows Nest National Park. Wherever you go, you can rely on CitiCar to get you there directly, quickly, and comfortably. Better still, we offer the best rates!
